We here at Heleta (formerly Bullet Industries) have a goal, "To provide the best product for the best price." That's it. It doesn't matter if you're a large company or a one man show. Our goal is not just to provide quality tools, and excellent service, but it's to make sure that you're getting the best price. Take a look at our site. You'll see we've really got our prices down. We guarantee in many cases, we're less than half the price of our competitors!
What is your Shipping Policy?
Flat rate of $7 is only available for shipments within the continental United States (UPS Ground Only). You may also select a faster, rated method. Bullet Industries reserves the rights to choose the final delivery method. We ship most orders the same day if they're received before 12:00 noon CST.

What is your Return Policy?
Heleta (formerly Bullet Industries) will refund the entire purchase price for any UNUSED item within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. To return a unused item, please ship the item back to us with a copy of your receipt. We will then credit you back using the same method of the original purchase. The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees unless the mistake was on the part of Heleta (formerly Bullet Industries). We will not refund USED items. However, we do value our customers and we want our customers to be happy with our products. If you have a complaint with one of our items, please let us know.
